My brother and his wife collect shot glasses. I know they are certainly not alone, as many people - especially those who travel a lot - also have shot glass collections. Msny people make it a point to pick up glasses from every destination they visit. Some avid cruisers make it a point to have one from every ship on which they've sailed.
Do YOU have a shot glass collecton? Does it have a theme, like places you've been, or ships you've sailed, or brands you love . . . or something else?
There are currently three cruise related shot glasses available at Cruise Ready Store:
1 - Caribbean Shot Glass from Princess Cruises
2 - Royal Caribbean Shooter Shot Glass
3 - S.S. Norway Shot Glass
Maybe one of these would be just right for your shot glass collection.

Dollars for Haiti Update
Cruise Ready Store's cash contribution has been made to Food for the Poor in Haiti, the organization through which Royal Caribbean Cruise Line is distributing the aid being transported to Haiti on their cruise ships.
We also had a special opportunity to help, as the Canaveral Port Authority , along with American Cruise Aid Logistics, led a local effort to collect supplies to be loaded on board the Freedom of the Seas last weekend.
My dear friend, Mindy, was visiting last week, and we took the Port Authority's list and went shopping one evening. She graciously insisted on paying for the entire purchase! This allowed me to buy a few more things the following day. Together, we were able to purchase, pack up, and deliver to the port, a little over 100 pounds of items on the list, including cooking oil, flour, rice, beans, powdered milk, toothbrushes, soap, and more.
TODAY, over 50 TONS of relief aid are being off-loaded from the Freedom of the Seas in Haiti! THANK YOU, Royal Caribbean and Port Canaveral!

Cruise Ready Store Dollars for Haiti
Royal Caribbean is transporting tons of relief supplies to Haiti on several of their cruise ships. Some has already arrived at their private dock in Labadee. From there, the supplies are being handed off to Food for the Poor, which RCCL has worked with for a number of years.

Magnitude 7.0 Earthquake Hits Haiti
A Magnitude 7.0 earthquake has hit near the Hatian capital of Port-au-Prince. At least two strong aftershocks, of magnitudes 5.9 and 5.5 have followed. Damage is likely to be widespread and devistating. There were early reports that screams were heard as a hospital collapsed upon itself. Houses were seen crumbled at the bottom of a ravine above which then had once stood.
Tsunami warnings have been issued for Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and The Bahamas.
Cruise Note: Royal Caribbean's private destination of Labadee is located on Haiti. Freedom of the Seas had a scheduled call there today. I believe Labadee is near Cap-Hatien, which is about 100 miles from the epicenter. Someone please leave a comment with correction if that is inaccuraate
EDIT at 7:52 PM(eastern): Tsunami watch has been dropped!
