Just received an announcement from Port Canaveral about their "Sail-A-Bration," to welcome the Freedom of the Seas to her new home port, and bid her bon voyage on her first sailing from her new home port. The event will be from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on May 4, at Jetty Park, where there will be a spectacular (and close-up) view of the ship as she passes the jetties on her way out to the open sea. Attendees are asked to bring a non perishable food item for the Brevard Sharing Center.
